Following are the Safety Protocol of Driveline Trans LTD
Driveline Trans LTD Safety Protocol
Safety First - At Driveline Trans LTD, the safety of our clients and
staff is our top priority. We are committed to implementing and maintaining rigorous
safety measures to protect everyone involved with our services.
COVID-19 Guidance - To ensure the well-being of all, we have
developed a set of clear, actionable safety guidelines. These measures are designed
to provide maximum protection while delivering our services and are easy to follow
for both clients and staff.
Overview - This guidance ensures that all chauffeurs practice safe,
legally advised protocols to minimize physical contact, avoid potential risks, and
maintain the highest standards of hygiene.
Chauffeur Responsibility - Every chauffeur is responsible for
upholding these safety protocols. These guidelines must be followed for every
service, ensuring a safe and seamless experience for both clients and chauffeurs.
Risk Assessment - Before starting any service, chauffeurs must
conduct a thorough risk assessment, considering the following:
Personal Safety: Are you safe, and will
you remain safe during the service?
Client Safety: Can you ensure the
client’s safety throughout the journey?
Route and Service Risks: Could the
route or requirements introduce unnecessary risks?
If any issues arise during the assessment or the service, notify the office
immediately for assistance.
Thorough Cleaning Protocol - To maintain hygiene and safety,
chauffeurs must clean vehicles thoroughly between passengers. This includes:
Washing hands before and after every journey.
Sanitizing all touchpoints, including seats, door
handles, and storage areas.
Providing sanitization facilities for clients and their
luggage.
Removing and disposing of any used or compromised
items.
Repeating the process before the next service.
Social Distancing - Chauffeurs are responsible for maintaining social
distancing practices during services. This includes:
Keeping a safe distance from clients and others whenever
possible.
Limiting physical contact, such as avoiding direct
handling of luggage or opening doors.
Wearing masks when required.
Avoiding face-to-face communication by turning slightly
away when speaking.
Face Coverings - Face coverings play a critical role in ensuring
safety. Chauffeurs should:
Always wear a mask inside the vehicle and in any
enclosed spaces.
Offer new masks to clients when needed and safely
dispose of used ones.
Encourage passengers to wear face coverings for mutual
protection unless they are exempt (e.g., children under 3 or individuals
with medical conditions).
Right to Refuse Service - Your safety and that of your passengers is
your primary responsibility. Chauffeurs have the right to refuse service if they
feel unsafe. In such cases, promptly inform the office and prioritize your
well-being.
